A great HP laptop
But it this thing is awesome. Amazon really did great with delivery. less than 5 seconds to boot up very fast a 1 tb drive lots of room. Buy a cooling fan for it

Issues with harddrive and also randomly freezes. This not a new laptop
Harddrive of so called "new "laptop failed! This is the second laptop I bought from PCOnline US with serious issues. I will have to return also this laptop

Not A Good Computer
I really can't recommend this laptop. The graphics and sound are subpar. The sound is tinny and graphics are some sites is missing around edges. The mouse jumps all over the screen while in use; the excessive bloat is very excessive with continual pop ups of "your computer won't work right if you don't sign up for our service" for every service we opt out of. Trust them when they say that! 30 days is not enough time to really evaluate a computer. I am sorry we every purchased it. We've had it in to a computer repair place already just to see if some of these issues can be corrected and they could not resolve these issues. This brand new computer makes the old computer we are replacing look like a pot of gold. Steer clear.
