Can't responsible temperature packaging be assumed when nothing to the contrary is stated in descriptions or disclaimers?

I help answer questions for people, but putting candy on ice for delivery? When I order candy it usually has something to keep it cool. But, sellers do what they want with "hot weather" solutions. Look for a seller that explains deliveries in "hot weather." You can have the answer before ordering anything by contacting the seller.

No, they are a little smaller, however it is a lot of candy for the price and totally worth it.
