I returned 2 different clocks advertised as silent non-ticking clocks because they ticked.

The clock worked well for about 2 weeks, but today the second hand just keeps going around, but the clock does not stop at the correct time.

Clock does not set automatically as it should. Manually it runs for awhile and then stops. Total disappointment. I have an atomic clock from 2022 then keeps the time accurately with no problems. Wait my money back because this is ready for the garbage.

Our 14 " clock arrived perfect. Striking to see it's simple design. My wife set it up. Put in the battery and it started immediately. Already set to eastern time. Clock hands stopped on correct time for us. All it has to do is keep perfect time continuously. Really appreciate the looks, easy set up and hopefully it's accuracy.

Disappointed with this purchase. The atomic clock function does not work as advertised. After two days of being powered on, it still failed to properly sync or self-adjust. While the clock works if you set it manually, it will not be atomically accurate, which defeats the purpose of buying an ‘atomic’ clock in the first place. Overall, it’s just a basic clock and not reliable if you’re expecting the automatic timekeeping feature.

Looks good, keeps great time, but the second hand got stuck at the number 10 until I took it down and knocked it around a bit. It's working again, and it (second hand) actually set itself overnight, but that shouldn't happen

First the good news: the clock was simple to set up and quickly synchronized with the time services. It is handy to set the US time zones (I guess as long as you live in the Continental US, not Alaska or Hawaii). It was also easy to set it for DST. Five stars for ease of use. The bad news? The minute hand is exactly 1 minute off. It looks like I can remove several screws are manually move it to the proper position, but a precise time instrument should first be accurate. 1 star penalty for the need to do quality control.
