How much space you have between 2 floors/racks ? Crucial point to know if you have enough space to let dry a shirt without touching clothes below

No quite. if you hang the shirt on one level ( dividing the shirt length ) you can hang things on the next. Note that on one level you cant use all the rungs as the clothes is will be packed and not dry so give it some space - this item is quite handy for moving clothes quickly - i use it outside on our decking no problem

Is it exactly as shown in photos as some reviews have said it’s not? I had this 1 for the last 5yrs & 3 house moves, it has only just broken

Yes exactly as shown in the photos. I don't think the instructions were quite right and were very confusing, but if you have already had the product there should be no problem putting it together.

Between 2 levels is approx 33cm, the whole unit it is approx 154cm tall
