The included literature says that Xtrema provides "no heavy metals, chemicals, or toxins leaching from the cooking surface".. alright, that sounds good to me. But, the directions tell me to coat the pan with my favorite non-stick cooking spray... ah, no way. The description says this is a 3-piece set. I received a pot with a lid. Not that this was the deal breaker. The deal breaker came after cooking eggs without the non-stick spray and full recognition of the cleaning project to come. I will be returning this pan. I made an error in not reading carefully that it NOT a non-stick pan, but a non-scratch surface pan. I must say the pan is mighty heavy and well made, just not what I was looking for. Review: Disceptive claims/Terrible return policy - I bought the 10 inch skillet with a lid. The product Did Not perform as advertised and therefore, I believe defective. After 3 tries, with the same subpar results, I asked for a refund. They finally agreed to that, bit I had to pay shipping. Guess what? It was sent to a Goodwill. Shipping cost me $92 plus packaging as I no longer had the original box. Do Not Buy unless you have tried cooking in one a friend might have. I really got reamed on this
