Worked well to keep my neighbor from using my washer and dryer in a shared basement

Good quality
These were intended as a failsafe in case my toddler grandson makes it into my woodshop. Now the 220 plug for my table saw cannot be plugged into the wall outlet. It's great peace of mind knowing that he won't be be able to turn on arguably the most dangerous power tool in my shop.

Useful for those with food allergies needing to keep separate appliances
As someone with a food allergy, I have duplicates of many appliances in my home as well as at close relatives so that my family is still able to have more meal options without fear of cross contamination of kitchen appliances. It's not a perfect system though, and there have been situations where someone may grab one of my appliances (like a handmixer) or use my toaster oven inadvertently. So I decided to get some electrical lockout devices to put on my appliances to prevent use, especially in the homes of my close relatives where I keep extra appliances, but cannot always control use. The larger plug covers are good for my larger appliances, such as stand mixer, toaster oven.

Picked up this 3-pack of plug locks to keep my power tools off-limits, and they’ve been perfect for the job. They’re easy to use—just snap them over the plug and lock them with a small padlock (not included). The fit is snug, so there’s no way to pull the plug out without removing the lock first. Great for keeping people from casually borrowing your tools or kids from messing with things they shouldn’t. The build quality feels solid, and the bright color makes it obvious that the tool is locked. They work well on standard two- and three-prong plugs, but you might struggle with bulkier plugs. Overall, these plug locks give me peace of mind and help set clear boundaries around my equipment. A simple, effective solution for protecting your tools.
