Phone looks good as new to me. No scratches or visible sign of wear. Battery capacity coming in at 97%. I thought I was getting black and the phone they sent me is actually a very dark blue, but that's no big deal. Switching over from my old iphone 8 was a breeze. Just stuck in my Visible SIM card from my old phone and now I'm up and running with cellular service.
