EasySMX D05 PC Controller - Enhanced Wireless Bluetooth Pro Controller with Charging Dock/Hall Sensor/RGB Lighting - No Stick Drift, No Dead Zone - Work for Windows PC, Android, Steam and Switch

This controller is a little tricky for me to setup and get working. I have to make sure that Bluetooth recognizes it as Xbox controller. Just keep removing the generic ones if they come up until it connects as Xbox. It has a combination of inputs that put it in pairing mode (I think mine was power on, hold - power button, X,Y it should flash faster. Once it’s setup, it works perfectly! Connects automatically when u take it off the charging hub. It’s a good controller. I have my pc lined out to my 4K TV. And it’s like we have a new console.

Works great wirelessly and wired. When I game for a little bits at a time the dock charger is more than adequate to keep it fully charged, but when I game for like a weekend night I just plug the cord in to keep it charging. The turbo functions work great for tedious button press things in games, and you can toggle it on the fly so it doesn't have to be on constantly. Had a small issue with one of the triggers but the support team helped me handle it.

This controller is awesome! I am a PC gamer who normally plays using mouse and keyboard. There are certain games I like to play only with controller, and my old switch pro controller wasn’t cutting it. I had to constantly reconnect the Bluetooth to my pc and was basically forced to play wired. With this new controller, the dock has a slot for the receiver, so it is always charging and always connected to the PC. All you need to do is pick it up and press the middle button to wake. The biggest compliment is the grippy texture on the back and the comfort of the joysticks and triggers. The controller has a very premium feel and is not clunky. The lighting is awesome. I like how there are 2 buttons you can program on the back of the controller. This can be used on a variety of consoles as well if I ever want. This product exceeded my expectations for the price.

Pros: - Easy to set up - Looks nice - Charging stand works fine Cons: - Bluetooth works for only about half the games I play on PC, (all on Steam) even with USB connectivity some games don't recognize it - Bumper spring stuck-broken after 2 weeks of use - Buttons and triggers feel clunky - Polling feels physically slow, inputs (on Bluetooth especially) are delayed So: If you're looking for a long-time controller as a consistent gamer, look elsewhere. However, this controller is a decent option for those on budgets or just playing video games casually.

Awesome controller, feels directly comparable to first party Xbox one controllers. Feels lighter than Xbox one controller which is a plus. The D-Pad kinda feels mushy compared to the Xbox controller which is a more clicky feeling, very preference based. All of the combos to connect to wireless 2.4g, Bluetooth, and switch are easy to remember. Other combos can kind of be confusing and need a bit of playing around to remember. Dock is amazing and wireless 2.4ghz performance is spot on. Bluetooth has awesome range, I was worried about using it because of how bad and inconsistent it is on the first party Xbox one controllers but was pleasantly surprised to see the latency feels almost as good as the 2.4ghz connection. I play a lot of ZZZ which requires precise timing and never had or felt like there was an issue with miss input over Bluetooth. I also love how this controller doesn’t have all the flashy gimmicks the other higher end controllers have like removable magnetic sticks (not sure why you would ever need that). Would love to see native Xbox support at some point in the future and would love to see gyro support for switch games. More colorways would be nice as well, love the black and gold but would be nice to have an all black or all white. The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the charging, the dock is great and charges well but while it’s docked; the top middle home button light flickers on and off until it’s fully charged, I have it on a tv stand in the living room and at night it’s pretty annoying seeing a blinking flashing light for hours until it’s fully charged. There’s also ZERO way to tell the battery status on this controller, it doesn’t show up in battery status on iPhone or windows. When you try to connect Bluetooth it shows up easysmxd05 and wireless Xbox controller, if you connect to easysmxd05 it doesn’t connect and you have to use the wireless Xbox controller connection (no big deal just nitpicking). Would love to check current battery state so if Easysmx is reading this maybe can add something via firmware or app to check. Otherwise this has and will become my main controller for the foreseeable future. Tired of buying Xbox controllers for $60 and barely lasting a year because of stick drift or other mechanical failures. Will more than likely be purchasing another controller from easysmx going forward.

Edit: Customer service came through with support. This controller was amazing for three months. It felt good. Charged great at the dock. Felt good in your hands. Then after like 3-4 months is slowly had to be reset after a few uses, eventually it wouldn't hold a charge or something because it had to be perpetually plugged in. And for the price we paid for it to be wireless, I would not purchase again for a wired controller

This busted *ss controller has caused me more problems in 30 days than even a warrant for my arrest could have. Try to connect..... F your Bluetooth driver New games...... what controller..... Try to remap buttons........ WHAT BUTTONS OH the A button?? You mean X right? Got this to replace a 6 year old Xbox controller where the buttons are sticking..... Went right the hell back to the Xbox controller.

Great controller, good weight, I love the rumble. I encountered some issues with the triggers after nearly half a year of daily use, which is honestly about twice the lifespan of Xbox controllers for me. Their customer service helped me out with. They have great response time and worked with me to resolve my issue.
