Found that i cannot find bicarb tablets easily Most drug stores are not carrying them ( no money in it and cannot patten a natural mineral) only stores that specialize in renal issues carry them and not close to me - so this option works for ne - i have an ileostomy and can get dehydrated easily so this helps as i hate the chemically & fruit taste laden electrolyte drinks
