MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THE ONES THAT FIT INSIDE NOSE
Much more comfortable than the ones that go inside your nose. A perfect fit every time. Feels like a soft pillow under your nose.

I sleep alot better now
I have the airfit n30i and I couldn't stand the silicone cushions. So I opted to try this. It is alot more comfortable on my face and it doesnt irritate my skin.

Good alternative to nasal pillows
More comfortable than nasal pillows (using the F30i) but not as good a seal. Headband needs to be made tighter to avoid poor seal. Much better than nasal pillows if having something in your nostril irritates or annoys you.

Perfect
I LOVE this nose cushion! I previously used the P30i and it was making my nostrils sore. I used this and have NEVER slept better! I barely feel like anything is there. The small wide is a perfect fit and the quality is an amazing value for the money!

New favorite nose pillows
Love this nasal pillow. Not a fan of the ones that go up your nose and the flat ones slip around. This one is the best of both and very comfortable. My new favorite.

Maybe not the best for side sleepers
So pretty new to cpap, started with the nose pillows and wanted to try these. No doubt this is much more comfortable, but I'm exclusively a side sleeper and I'm finding that it doesn't really want to stay in place. If I flip sides, I find that I'm having to adjust them to get to line up again, but they never seem to line up just right. Also, depending on the alignment, if its off a bit, I can feel the material 'flapping' as I breath in. I'll keep trying, maybe I need to tighten the straps a bit more, but it already feels pretty snug so don't know if that will help or make worse on comfort. Overall disappointed as I was hoping these would work better than the nose pillows, though I've gotten used to them, so maybe thats just the route to go for side sleeping.

Really pleased that I purchased this. It is very comfortable & I had longest uninterrupted sleep so far. Only down side is the closeness of the silicone to skin between nose & lips when you are hot. The cushion that has the openings that go into each nostril sits raised above so not touching the skin as much so you dont get sweaty if warm. I would however highly recommend this style. I start night with the other cushion & when inevitably wake up swap to this one as is a breeze to get comfy with this model. Hope this info helps someone's choice as it sure is a nightmare getting used to using the masks.
