Is used to stick them on which doesn’t hold well. I think it dresses up the instrument panel but will end up painting them silver. Also took forever to be delivered. Like 4-5 weeks. They come from China. They are not red and no where near the color shown. After removing the flashing and a light scuff with 1000 grit sand paper. 2-3 coats of Testors rattle can Bright Red, the results are not too bad.
