It will greatly depend on the ambient temperature, but at 77 degrees, you will get about 25 minutes of working time before it starts to gel.

Does this resin have an odor?

This product has such a strong odor, that I have had to stop using it indoors, tried using in the back covered meshed in porch, just to pour, mix, and set in molds, and the smell still creeped into family room. After bringing in the silicon molds, there was immediate standing odor, that the fans had to be put on. One demolded and I had to lightly sand the edges of the coasters , the same epoxy smell came out. If untouched they don’t smell. But I have had to stop using resin. I also have had two flash cures under the 45-60 min mark only 200 ml were wasted each time.

Can this be poured on acrylic paint? If yes how long should the paint cure before application?

You can pour it over Acrylic Paint, but you want to wait a minimum of 48 hours for the paint to dry, before doing so.
