Excellent quality in story and artwork
Continuing the story of Futaba and Kou. This book covers a great deal of the main events that are in the anime. The characters are becoming more of a group. After going on the reps retreat, Kou and Futaba have to write a report but Futaba is distracted. Kou has brother troubles. You have the famous train scene, gathering and Kou's warning about late night wanderings to Futaba. You have Futaba's difficult decision to tell Yuri that she also likes the boy that her best friend does. Shoko reveals her secret and the fact that she doesn't understand their attraction to a certain person. Shoko gets a short story at the end, which explains a great deal about why she is the way she is. Yuri and Aya have their profiles in this book along with 2 pages of questions and answers one on the book the other on the author. The drawings are fantastic, the wording I don't think are quite a strict translation as there are some odd comments that don't fit with the animation version. I thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait for the next instalment.

Great
Came exactly like in the picture(only downsides: forgot to take a pic but when it came it had a relatively tiny patch of “dirt”? it was easy to clean off so whatever, and had some slight markings that can only really be seen from an angle I only noticed now while taking the pics) products great over all!

Their art is so visually stunning. The boys are all unstylishly attractive, and the girls... ahhh, the girls. With their big, deep doe-eyes & ruffled hair. Such beautiful girls. I simply love this author's style. They are amazing with watercolors. The page with the black oil-paint background is also intriguing. Another thing I adore about this mangaka is the stories. So easily relatable to anyone of any age. After all, no matter how old we get, we never forget our youth, our "glory days", if you will. Whether we look back with fondness, derision, or a bit of both, we all remember what it was like during those days. The mountains of homework. Our crushes. Our favorite teachers. Bullying. Making friends. Falling in love. So, I really admire this creator for being able to create interesting, engaging stories of youth that we all easily relate to. Art, well, as I said, this mangaka is one of my most beloved creators, so I can't really give an objective rating. Same goes with dialogue. I so easily fall in love with this author's characters that they could spend the whole series quoting hip-hop, & I'd likely feel it to be on par with Shakespeare. Characters, believable, likeable, relatable, oh, are they ever relatable!
