I'm incredibly happy with this standing desk! It was surprisingly easy to assemble, though I definitely recommend having two people, as the instructions suggest, to make the process even smoother. We had it put together in about 30-45 minutes. The desk functions perfectly and feels very sturdy and stable, even when adjusted. It moves up and down smoothly, just as expected. While I do wish it went a bit lower, that's entirely on me for not checking the specifications more closely before purchasing. The size is great for my needs, and I honestly think the price is more than fair – it could easily sell for a bit more, and I'd still consider it a good value. Plus, the delivery was incredibly fast, arriving the very next day instead of the estimated 2-4 days. Overall, a fantastic purchase!

the table is great in quality. The Table top is fine and heavy with the Frame being very sturdy and silent in movement. I had an issue with the selection so I reached out to the seller and they were more than happy to help. Really good experience with the product and the Seller Support.

1 stars off for not being sturdy enough. The desk shakes a bit too much when you lean into it during normal use, probably due to being very light weight. Overall, I'm okay with the desk. Big enough for all my clutter. I wouldn't recommend dancing on top of it. The motor is quite slow though to raise or lower but not very loud as well. This was the cheapest I could get with a single panel top and it's good value.

I’m extremely happy with this flexi desk! It has a sleek, minimalist design that fits perfectly in my home office. The build quality is excellent, and it feels very sturdy. I was/am really impressed with this desk - was very sceptical after searching online and finding deals with split top etc. but this is really sturdy and much more spacious than you’d expect (2 monitors keyboard and just about fits my laptop at the side) - if you are unsure about getting this - don’t be it’s great for the price

Not easy to assemble but does the job even without full assembly. Could have given holes so that drilling is not required.

This is a good looking desk for the money, and it’s perfectly comfortable for daily use. Stable but does have a slight wiggle. The motor and controls are quite basic, but they work. It could be quieter when moving, and smoother too. But in terms of value for money, it’s a very good buy - potentially hard to beat

As a freelance artist and small business owner who works from home everyday, I'm constantly hunched over my desk. After many years of doing this, I've developed a pretty bad posture and back pain. That being said, I was in dire need of ergonomic change so I finally got my hands on this standing desk by Flexispot! This has been on my wishlist for months as it's been highly recommended to me by my friends in the creative industry so I already knew I was going to love it. - Putting together furniture is always a bit intimidating at first but don't be fooled - this was incredibly easy to assemble! The directions were straight forward and every piece was labeled appropriately. The entire process only took me about 10-15 minutes! - I'm really impressed with the height of this table!!! I have a small space and try to maximize the use of my area as much as possible so having this option allows me store a lot of my inventory underneath. My partner often helps me with my work and since he's much taller than me, we can easily adjust the desk to accommodate his height. - I've been using this desk to package orders and often times, I'll have a handful of heavy packages placed on top of it. The desk itself is so sturdy and I've had no problems with how much I'm able to place on top of it. It's also very spacious and I'm able to multitask as needed. - Lastly, it's such a visually pleasing desk and is a perfect addition to my at home studio! It blends in perfectly with the rest of my decor and the quality is *chefs kiss* Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and my WFH experience has significantly improved. Honestly, if I could, I would rate this product beyond five stars... highly highly recommend!!!

Great buy

From day 1, the desk has not functioned. I contacted customer service immediately and they tried to give me "fixes", which did not work. I had to send a video showing it did not work. Customer Service team said they would send "replacement" parts, which consisted of a new keypad. Desk still did not work. I followed up via email and phone. Next thing I knew, the emails were bouncing back, and the phone number did not work. So, I resorted to their "chat" feature on the website. And went in circles with their chat person. He finally got someone to call me who said "we will take care of this immediately. We will send replacement parts and confirm via email." I never received the parts, nor did I receive an email. So- more back/forth with their chat person. Chat person said "ok, I'll process replacement parts and confirm via email." He even gave me his email address. 2 days go by, no email. So, I follow up with an email (as I was told to do)- no response. I finally received a box with 2 new desk legs. I install the new legs...desk STILL DOES NOT WORK. I follow up with an email saying, "desk still does not work." And no response. At this point, 5+ weeks have gone by since my purchase and I still have a non-functioning desk. I reached out again today, via chat, to say "I'm done, process a refund." Which led to questions about "did I receive the replacement parts?" Went through that circus again (every time I contact them, I must tell the story all over again. One would think their system would record information). I have been told I should be receiving a full refund within 5-10 days and should receive confirmation via email. I'm not holding my breath for an actual email response. But we shall see... I would not recommend buying from FlexiSpot. If you get a functioning desk, you won the lottery. If you do not, well, be prepared to continuously go in circles. And good luck actually talking to someone. Update as of 11/8/22 Well, I only received part of the refund for Flexispot items purchased. And I was told by Flexispot I would receive a full refund for all items purchased. I followed up with the team last week and shocker- no response. Apparently, they only respond when you leave them a bad review. I have provided all receipts and order numbers so my purchases could be verified. So I’m not sure what the issue is in their end.

I’ve been wanting to get a standing desk for years, but was always a bit intimidated by having to assemble it. This desk is truly easy to set up: all of the mechanical components and electronics are preassembled, so literally all you have to do is attach the legs and feet with an Allen wrench, attach the control buttons, and plug it in. That’s it! The only issue I had (which was very quickly resolved) was that after I initially plugged it in, for some reason the desk would only lower but not raise. I checked the troubleshooting section of the manual, which described this exact problem and said to simply “reset” the mechanism by holding one of the buttons for 5 seconds. I’m not sure why that was necessary, but I did so and it’s worked perfectly ever since. The desk itself is very solidly constructed; it doesn’t wobble or shake or anything like that, and the surface is a single piece with no seams. The lifting mechanism operates smoothly and is relatively quiet. It also has a feature where if you hold one of the control buttons for longer than 1 second, you can let go and it will continue moving in that direction (like an automatic window in a car), which is nice. The box also includes a couple of adhesive cable ties you can use to run any loose wires along the underside of the desk so that they don’t hang down in your way. It shipped very quickly, too: I placed my order on a Sunday night, with free shipping, and despite an estimated delivery date of Friday (which would’ve been totally acceptable to me), it appeared on my doorstep on Tuesday morning! Overall, knowing now how easy this was to assemble, I’m mad at myself for not buying one sooner! Well worth the money.
