Good GPU for price
TLDR: great GPU especially if you can get it for less than 140$, I heavily recommend you do NOT buy this gpu IF you don't have a pc that supports REBAR. Tech savvyness WILL be required. Now long review it will be terrible if you don't have rebar. So only newer systems. Like only ryzen and newer Intel cpus. Keep in mind as well if you want extra performance for older games you'll have to do extra work with dxvk. That was the only way I could get my old old games working properly and at the expected performance level. New DX12 games work GREAT no problems so far and I had expected performance and even exceeded in some areas. Especially in the power consumption it was only using like 60 watts max usage but usually way below that. Ray tracing performance is great for this price point even beating the rtx 2060 in doom dark ages. Overall to conclude its great I heavily recommend it if you are building a newer budget system or if upgrading from a 1070 and below. It didn't disappoint. Just keep in mind I'm seeing the best case scenario since I play mostly old games. That I than add Vulkan to so I get good performance in most of the games I personally play. Best 140$ I could have spent.

Not bad at ALL
It works really well. Valorant 180 consistent FPS Some steam games like 200 on max graphics Fortnite has a consistent 60 unless you play on lower graphics then it's around 120 it can handle Roblox on max graphics with HORRIBLE particle spam but it still has almost no lag. For 200 dollars it's really worth it! It does sag a bit in my case but I think that's because my case is blocking it from going deeper within the socket. Other wise for how much it is, ITS WORTH IT!

Great for 3d graphics art creation in unreal engine 5
I love this gpu! I’m by no means a gamer so I can’t say how it does in games. I’m a 3d graphics artist who primarily uses Unreal Engine 5.3 and newer. I need at least 16gb (which this is) vram for what I do and prefer to have raytracing and need the latest APIs (Directx openGL OpenCL etc etc etc) and I need something that won’t cook itself especially under full load and make my bedroom feel like a sauna. This checks all those boxes. My only minor and superfluous gripes with this card which didn’t deter me from getting it all and I knew about the from the beginning and honestly didn’t give a you know what are its a big beefy card that uses a decent amount of power (I have a 1000 watt just for headroom for future Ram cpu cooling etc upgrades) it’s a 2.5 slot not a 2 slot so my Matx mobo is down a pcie slot next to this gpu as the cooling fan covers it but I don’t have anything to put in that slot anyway (it’s a pcie x1 and all my AIC cards are pcie x4 x8 and x16 and those are in a different computer altogether) and it has RGB which are pointless to me because my case doesn’t have windows but they are dope looking with the RGB on my mobo so I’m strongly considering a new case but that’s neither here nor there. Another thing I do like about it is it’s quiet which my wife appreciates because my computers are in our bedroom and lately she’s become a light sleeper. This gpu also looks fierce and says I’m mean I’m lean and I’m a gpu rendering machine give me your worst! BRING IT ON!!!! And it backs up it’s smack talk to. I mean the raytracing looks boss the card itself looks badarse it’s cool as a cucumber even under full load it’s 16gb and cheaper than other 16gb on Amazon *cough* Nvidia and AMD *cough* . I got mine for $300 plus tax here on Amazon Nvidia and AMD cards with 16gb raytracing etc cost well over $300 or sometimes over $400 for the same thing (as far as my needs are concerned other people may feel otherwise) and a bonus, you don’t need that pcie 5.0 power connector trash that some RTX cards require. TBH i could have probably just gotten a 750 or 850 watt as I don’t overclock and the rest of the components are pretty reasonable as far as power consumption. I just happened to find a perfectly fine 1000 watt 80 plus gold psu in my basement computer room on a shelf didn’t know what else to do with it so I power this with it. Again probably overkill but I thought it’d be cool. This card I highly recommend for using Unreal Engine Editor especially for large detailed levels with raytracing. Just be aware if you need CUDA this is NOT the card for you. I don’t need CUDA (my other desktop is for that) but I like raytracing and lots of vram and cool and quiet all of which this card has! No you don’t need to do anything fancy like modding coding etc do get this to work with Unreal Engine editor as it is perfectly supported (so forget what people say about absolutely needing RTX or Radeon I did my homework and tested the 4gb Intel arc first and it worked perfectly out of the box and so does this one) I plan on eventually getting a second one for dual gpu setup. No this doesn’t have sli or crossfire by the way. Another nice thing is if you have a 12th gen or newer Intel core cpu with integrated graphics and integrated graphics on your mobo this card works well with that in unreal engine editor at least in my case. So in conclusion if you are using unreal engine editor need 16gb vram raytracing low heat and noise this is the card for you! One last thing it syncs with the RGB on asrock RGB supported hardware as this is asrock as well which I like a lot

Great value 1080p card (update)
It has been few days since i brought this to pair with my i5-12400F, but the performance is amazing for a 170$ card, over 170 fps on War Thunder (max settings) , 80+ fps on warzone on medium, rainbow six on custom settings (medium'ish settings) over 240 fps average, its a solid card that will run more than fine, and in the moment of this review they launched a new driver update, amazing card. Only "drawback" its it idle watt usage of 39-47w, but with aspm setting on bios can drop into the 25-31w idle. (update) on the current date of 9/5/2024 had a random flickering screen with a total black screen and total audio loss, could had been a driver issue as to be expected on a first gen product, just be aware of this issues on intel arc gpus

Great card for the price
I upgraded from an old 2 port card that did not have a modern chipset on it. This card has more than enough power and memory for me. I am now able to run more complex models on my windows desktop

Best GPU for the pricing of a mid-range tier card.
I've upgraded from the 5700 XT, which has held down its fort perfectly for the last 5 years. After running one of many tests and seeing how well AMD was able to optimize its GPU via FSR and its improved rendering capabilities was what kept me with them for years, but I have now upgraded to this Intel Arc A770 GPU and there is a significant difference between the two. Granted the architecture of the two are years apart, so it is an unfair comparison, but the addition of Ray-tracing and how it adds another layer of descriptive graphic details to your experience as gamer is something that appears to be under-valued. There has been several generations of RT cores and its Ray-tracing capabilities, but I don't believe I've ran into a review that truly explains the differences of the two. After watching and testing several games with the 5700 XT and seeing it's max potential, I was able to see new graphical features that were not present with the 5700 XT, but are with the Arc A770. I don't believe anyone has explained how ray-tracing does change the overall appearance of the gamings atmosphere via different levels of graphic details, better details in reflections, and just added graphics that is not there without Ray tracing. One simple example, let me bring up an old game without ray-tracing, like Monster Hunter World running at 4k. Although the 5700 XT was able to run 4k and its highest settings with an average of 55 FPS, when you zoom up to the characters face, you can see the pixelated details to the drawings of the individuals face, but when you zoom up in Arc A770, you can actually see the sheen that reflects off of the characters face, which appears to be well-moisturized face. That one difference is clearly there and then there's more, but there's too much to describe. Anyhow, based on value, this has to be one of the best budget GPU's out here for the money with near top-tier performance. There are some minor issues with it though, and hopefully through better optimization, drivers, and application formats with better data set features, this GPU will unleash its full potential. The package came in without any damage and the box was in perfectly good, new condition. Thanks.

salio defectuosa
