Computer performs very well but it was so difficult to find SATA connectors to add an extra internal disk drive that I ended up buying an external drive enclosure and connected my drive via USB 3.0

Unfortunately I had to hand the beast back, due to an error on my part. He was very understanding, I think I went over the top to much haha I never given anything back before,

Pay attention to the other reviews about missing parts. I ordered this, received it today. I could see the original cyberpower tape has been opened and resealed... Packaging missing and opened the side panel to remove the internal packing. Cpu missing and screws lose in the case. See pictures please.. This is ridiculous.. now I have to wait 3 days to return it to get a refund. I never write reviews but this is necessary so nobody does the same.

You do get advice about checking cables haven't become unseated but it focuses on the motherboard side of the case. You can see in the photo a cable clearly out of place, it is on a board on the other side of the case to the motherboard connections and seems to go the the CPU water pump/fans. It was only because I needed to take that side off to put an extra hard drive in that I spotted it so worth keeping in mind. Because my monitor can not deal with the refresh rates the RTX4070 can handle I was getting terrible screen tearing when playing games. A bit of research suggested changing the Vertical Sync setting in the NVidia control panel to adaptive so the refresh rate does not go above what the monitor can handle. This totally resolved my issue. My other complaint was that the case fans all seem to go full pelt as soon as I opened a web page, it sounded like it was about to take off. Obviously the system wasn't under that much strain and the fans didn't need to be spinning so fast. I found out that in the BIOS you can link each fan to different components and by default they are all set to CPU TEMP. I left the CPU fan and pump linked to the CPU but changed the case fans to "system". This has made a massive difference and so far the case fans are staying around 50% when doing mundane stuff like opening a web pages or loading a small app. You can fine tune the speed of the fans but so far I don't feel I need to mess with that. Now I have sorted the issues out I'm please with how the PC is performing.

Easy to set up and upgrade. Straight out of the box you have a very fast Windows 11 PC. I have upgraded mine to have 5 inboard drives. It's easy to take the front and back covers off and there's plenty of space inside to work with. I bought mine with the i9 and 4070 GPU for generative AI work and it had proved to be a good choice. We aren't talking about a cheap PC but this is a great choice if you are spoiling yourself.

I decided to wait before I wrote a review, but I am extremely happy with all aspects of this computer. I have used it for business, gaming, DTP and video editing and found it more than capable of all aspects. I also decided to contact the company direct and they were easy to speak to and answered my questions.

I initially had a really bizarre issue with Amazon failing to deliver the computer on the correct day; however, this was finally resolved, and after I received the computer, I can state the following: 1. The computer was extremely well packed for transit by Cyberpower; the PC had shipping foam inside the case to hold all the components in place, and it was inside a stout box, protected by foam. 2. Everything worked well upon start-up, and no connectors had come loose in transit. 3. The tidyness of the build is good.......not perfect though, there could have been improvements, which I sorted out myself, though overall I would place the build quality in the top decile of all the pre-built systems I've purchased over my lifetime, so that's a very good reflection on Cyberpower's build quality. 4. Overall, I would definitely buy my next build from Cyberpower again, though the next time I buy from Cyberpower, it won't be via Amazon. A solid 4 stars from me.

Sehr schönes Gerät, durfte es 1 Monat testen, also kann ich es nur empfehlen. Wünschenswert wäre wenn der Speicher ramm anstatt 5600, 2 6000 ram mit 32gb und der Prozessor schon die14th Generation hätte. Das Mainboard ist leider auch ein Standart 0815, ich selbst habe es nicht geschafft eine weitere ssd mv2 installieren zu können. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten und jeder der ihn kaufen sollte kann sich glücklich schätzen. Viel Spaß und Power hat er allemal. Dankeschön
