(Unless you mix the positive and negative and accidentally let the smoke out) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect charger for my 31 Wh pack *by C***D on May 5, 2019* I watched the voltage and current as it charged my pack of 3 Ultralife UBBL39 cells. Perfect application of voltage & current for this pack. Started out briefly at 2 amps but fairly quickly settled around 1.3A for the bulk charge. Once the pack hit 11 volts the current started tapering off as the voltage rose to 12.7.
