Purchased for pelvic floor therapy & training. Love the variety of sizes so you can gradually size up when you are ready. The silicone is easy to clean and comfortable, less painful to use than others. Good quality, and since it’s easy to clean you don’t have to worry about product diminishing as fast as others. Also comes with cute, pink bag for ease of storage. Very effective for pelvic floor therapy - helps with pain relief & working/massaging the pelvic muscles/fascia to release tension. Helped greatly with my IC and overactive bladder, but also helps for tightening & ease of pain & comfort for sexual health. Good value for money.

These were not soft, and the sizes ran from useless to painful. The necessary sizes would have been between the fourth largest to the largest, with four increments between those two.

The first dilator is among the smallest available dilators across many products. However the jump in size to the second one is really large. Brands like Intimate Rose have many sizes in between the first and second. Otherwise this dilator set is very well made and comes in very good packaging.

This is a really nice set! First, it comes packaged beautifully, with a gift box and velvet storage bag. The dilators are very soft and high quality. It comes with instructions that are very detailed which was very helpful for a first timer like myself.

Atrophy, and other reasons this set is perfect to start your pelvic floor journey.
