I learned about this by accident from a person reviewing here on the Amazon website. She went to Europe with her family and couldn’t get this brand and settle for a different time-release melatonin. Nobody slept and that made part of their trip miserable. I’m so thankful I found her review! Best thing that ever happened for my sleep! It’s not perfect but 90% better than it used to be! So satisfied and so is my husband!

This is an incredible product. After getting some virus years ago, I have never been able to sleep well since. I have tried pharmaceuticals such as Lunesta and Ambien and many different amino acid combinations. I have also tried several other melatonin products. This is the first product that has actually helped to get me asleep and keep me asleep. The dual action is incredible. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night I know that if I can just stay still another wave of the melatonin will kick in and I fall back to sleep again. I’m very impressed and will definitely be re-ordering.

I am being honest when I say these work. They are a little big. I have choked on them before (that's not surprising considering my luck) but they do a good job. I sleep pretty peacefully until my bladder gets full. But I don't fully wake up so going back to bed is easy.

I regularly take a melatonin to fall asleep. I purchased this product for the time release element. I slept well all night. However, I was a complete zombie the next day. I am somewhat sensitive to medicine. I won’t take it again on a week night.

It works for me most of the time. I think it's more expensive than it seems otherwise be, for the product that it is; however, it is also not as available as it could or should be. Please ensure that it is available more and more often, and at the least at a more reasonable price! Thank you very much.

I showed this supplement to my physician, and after looking it over she said. “you should probably take this two hours before bed time.” I have had insomnia for most of my life, but when I began taking this product as she instructed, I have had great sleep ever since with only once in a rare while problems, rather than every night problems. I have used other brands of melatonin and maybe they did help get me to sleep, but they did not keep me sleeping, as this one does.

I have tried 3mg, 5mg, other 10mg and by different manufacturers - these seem to be working better than others. I just started using about a week or so ago and I have been falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer. I will continue to take them and will order on auto-delivery if this keeps up. The tablets are easy to take, no taste or after-taste. So far, so good. Thanks

Not only does this not help me sleep, the pills split in half! Like the top & bottom bun of a burger half. A couple split inside of me on the way down & got stuck, causing pain like very bad heartburn until it could work it's way down. I will not be taking anymore.

Found these time release or dual action tabs working better for me than the regular ones.
