Solgar 5-htp (l-5-hydroxytryptophan) Complex Vegetable Capsules, 90

I have used Solgar 5HTP for a while and it’s great. I have twin toddlers who wake a lot in the night, I used to find it difficult to get back to sleep after sorting them out however, since taking 5-HTP I get back to sleep very quickly and sleep much deeper. I’m also falling asleep very quickly in the evening too! I also think it’s made me less stressed. I had previously started a review annoyed as the bottle looks different to the one that is advertised. I read the Mack and it seemed that it’s half dosage however, this is bed on one capsule for the bottle I received and two for the one advertised so it works out correct! Just in case anyone gets annoyed like I originally did…

As a previous report this works well for my family

I didnt see when i bought its only 100mg this is very low, i had to buy somewhere else 1000mg , this is wasted.

The listing photos suggest 200mg per tablet but if you look closely (and I did but still missed it) it's 200mg per 2 tablets (so 100mg per tablet). I ordered this thinking they were stronger when 100mg/tablet were available for £6 less, I thought I was paying more for a better product.

This medication is awesome. It’s helped me in the last nine months. I wish I knew about it sooner

Solgar has always been the best as far as I am concerend and worth paying that bit extra.

I used this supplement whilst leading up to and doing my final exams it had a calming effect on me thank you
