does the spray smell like the amber oil

No. When you first apply the perfume it smells like the amber oil but within minutes the smell fades. You can hardly smell anything. This is not the same perfume that I have used for at least 4 years. One of the things that I like about the oil is its ability to last for hours. I would use first thing in the morning and by evening I could still smell the scent. I received great compliments about the scent. Unfortunately this is not true today. Don't waste your money.
