I have purchased this frame 2 times now to give as gifts. We have the same fame at home. Love that other family members can instantly upload pics- super easy to use- really easy app for pictures. It’s a great way to keep family that are farther away looped in. We share adventure pics each day. Helps everyone stay connected. Highly recommend- especially if you have out of state grandparents!! Perfect for them

I received this frame as a gift and have since gifted one to others. These frames are easy to set up and share with friends to that they can send photos from their camera rolls directly to your frame. The frame plays photos and videos in the same feed and has several settings to allow the user to choose volume, length of time the photos/videos stay visible and now, it comes with a collage option so that the frame is filled with up to three pictures at a time. If you want a frame to share with your parents or friends, but don’t want to spend a ton of money, the Frameo frame is a great option.

So far I am loving this digital picture frame! I have a brand that I have always purchased for myself but it's more expensive so I decided to get this one for my dad who recently moved to a nursing home. This was a great value for the quality and ease of use. The Frameo app is super easy and works very well and I love that the frame is touch screen. The frame looks very nice. I've only had it a couple of days but hopefully my dad will get a long time of pleasure out of it!

We had a death in the family and I bought this digital picture frame to load up with pictures and videos to then gift to next of kin as a memento. The picture frame is very nice and seems to be good value for the money. But I'm very annoyed at how difficult it was to load up with 1,000+ pictures and videos out of the box. First of all, the Frameo app that you have to use has a paid tier that is not advertised anywhere when buying the frame, Frameo+ with a $2 monthly subscription. If you don't pay for Frameo+ you are limited to sending 10 pictures at a time. Not practical at all when I'm trying to load over a thousand pictures. And video uploads from Frameo are capped at 15 seconds unless you pay, which only bumps it up to 2 minutes. Like seriously? I have to pay a monthly fee to be able to upload MY VIDEOS to MY PICTURE FRAME? There are alternative ways to get pictures on the frame but those were temperamental also. I tried hooking it up directly to my computer which it says was supported, only to find out that it's only supported on Windows or Linux computers, not Mac, so I wasted over an hour trying that method. You can also use a micro-sd card with the restriction that it has to be less than 32GB. I have micro-sd cards but it was a struggle to find one that was less than 32GB. I had to pull the sd card out of my daughters old toy camera which happened to be 16GB. That worked beautifully for transferring the pictures. But none of the videos on the SD card were recognized by the frame so I couldn't use that method to get the full length videos on it. I had no option but to use Frameo unpaid and upload only 15 seconds, because I refuse to pay a monthly subscription. In the end I was able to get all 1050 pictures on the frame using the SD card transfer method. And I was able to send 24 videos through the Frameo app, all capped at 15 seconds unfortunately. After configuring some settings I let it play for like an hour and it really did look good. The videos even played perfectly. I'm keeping the frame and gifting it as intended as I think it will still be appreciated. But it should have been a lot easier to do what I wanted to do. And I hate how most apps have a paid tier monthly subscription now to unlock all features.
