What are the dimensions at the top of the hole?,I have size 3 shoes.

Hi - As you can see the top is a semi-circle with a diameter (from the left side to right side) of 13 cms and therefore a half-diameter of 6.5 cms. I take a size 10 and all my socks nylon - woollen etc - all stretch easily across the top. It's a brilliant device - I suffer recurrent major back problems so I try to avoid "touching my toes" positions. This works brilliantly and the price will hardly "break the bank". Hope that helps.

No. It is quite large (approx 5in x 12in x 7in) and would need a large suitcase.

How wide is the internal diameter of the hoop section that ou put your foot through?

About 11cm. My husband has a wide foot and takes a size 12 shoe and he fits his foot in just fine. Also being the smaller one he can just about get it in his case to take away. This was the best of many he had tried. Hope this helps.
