Is there a "lefty" holster available?

It is a left hand sheath, place it slightly forward of the left hip and draw with a reverse grip pressing the serrated edge in a upward arc towards the threat in a defensive situation.

Can it be used as a vertical holster

It is a vertical paddle holster ,the paddle slips in between your pants and belt on your left side and you grip it from the vertical position and draw it in a defensive manner.

Holder that came with this broke can anyone recommend one?

I never used the knife the holder wasn't good and the knife was dull out of the package.

how do you wear the holster on your paints?

I position the sheath just above my L.F. pant pocket (what is referred to as 10 o'clock position) , slip the paddle inside your waistband and keep the sheath portion out side of your belt, the hook tabs on the paddle should hook beneath the waste band and be secured with pressure of the belt also I draw with left hand hooking forward to repel a potential attack.allowing my strong hand to access my primary weapon.
