Wonderful flavor, not to sharp

I am a cheese connoisseur. The Kerrygold Dubliner is excellent (and so is their unsalted butter). Exactly as Kerrygold says, the Dubliner blends the sharpness of mature cheddar with the nutty sweetness of Swiss and Parmesan. I would add that it does so expertly. The result is an excellent and very versatile cheese. I love it!

Good taste and health benefits. Versatile but I am still exploring best ways to serve . Expensive if you are on a budget. I’m always looking to try new foods and recipes. I had good luck cutting small pieces and placing in a hot Japanese sweet potato but didn’t have as much success with trying to get it softer to spread on crackers. Did something wrong because it stuck to my little party plates and napkin. Got hard again and had to soak to let loosen. It definitely has a clean taste and different from other cheeses I have tried over the years here in US and while traveling abroad. I have always loved their butter.
