I purchased this with the advice from a little ancient Indonesian lady, with more knowledge than alot of doctors I've seen. There are alot of claims about it, I tried it because of sleep issues. 2 hours,wake up,hour up, 2hours down. Exhausting. First nite taking it I slept 6 strait hours. It was great. She was rite. BUT... first day waking up after, felt like a big hangover. Only lasted about 20 mins. Not sickness just foggy. After the fog lifts, feel great. One week in, I dont get it now. SECOND.... I dont know if everyone gets the same effect, intense , realistic dreams. Vivid dreams. I like it, others may not. Good deep sleep.
