does this product come with the liner?

Yes, actually it comes with two. One for if your cat goes through the top, and one if they use the front entrance. This was helpful for me, because I really wanted my kitties to use the top entrance to help the litter tracking, but was afraid they wouldn't like it. They love it, took to it immediately! But, was nice to have that pease of mind.

Can you use disposable liners? If so, what size?

It is possible but we can't guarantee the quality and how they will fit, therefore, we can't recommend them.
