It works very quick and lasts long. Even the mint itself can last quite long keeping the constant caffeine flow. There was no caffeine crash. I love the handiness of the metal containers. The taste is a bit strong, but over pretty good. 100% does its job.

Subpar performance
Honest review: 40 mg of caffeine per mint Average cup of coffee is 80-90 mg It claims to increase focus and energy but it took me 3 mints to actually clear brain fog due to the action of caffeine. The recommended intake is 1-2/day. As such it's not a life changing product or productivity boosting product. If you're trying to augment your focus along with other forms of caffeine it will work well as it is also handy and can be carried anywhere conveniently. I personally wanted to decrease my coffee intake during exams but it clearly does not give me the same result. If you're looking for very minimal boost(almost negligible in my case) you can depend on it for shorts bursts unlike the marketing done online.
