LOVE THIS it taste soooo good!

I love all of creates creatine products. I usually take the gummies everyday (try if you haven’t!) and liked mixing it up with the powder. It’s not sugary or sweet like many other powder drinks. I am a 30 year old woman who works out maybe 6 days a week and also works night shifts and have found my energy level / recovery from exercise so much better when I take any of creates products! Highly recommend

I love the taste as well as the ability to grab and go on those rushed mornings ! It's easy to use, but it will settle on the bottom so it does require some extra mixing.

Powder is best

I've started exercising again and lifting weights. I wanted something to potentially accelerate the process of increasing muscle mass (there isn’t any peer-reviewed research to back this). But it doesn’t hurt to try. I don’t mind having a scoop and large container of powder, but it’s not convenient when trying to make things with one hand and I often spill powder. I decided to try these due to them being single-serve and not too expensive. Overall, these aren’t too bad. I took them about 30-40 minutes before exercising. I did try one by itself mixed with 8oz of water and the taste wasn’t too bad. It easily dissolves and doesn’t have a chalky consistency or taste. The mixed berry has a generic berry taste and is sweet. It’s not something I would crave, but it’s not too bad either. I didn’t get any energy from this, but creatine has never done that to me. Instead, I’ve been mixing it with energy powder in a 12oz shaker cup to give me energy for a workout and the creatine. That’s when it works best for me and I’ve been enjoying using these. It’s far too soon to see if they actually do anything, it often takes 4-6 months of taking supplements before seeing results. But I do think these are worth trying for their price. They mix well water and blend with other berry flavored drinks.
