I love this juicer. It’s a strong machine and it presses very well. I have used it only a few times but with my experience with these types of machines, this is a great machine for the price. I haven’t had any issues and after reading some of the negative reviews, my opinion is that they simply don’t know how to use the machine. It’s not hard to use or clean. —— Update: the plastic can and will break into a few pieces. I’m going to blame myself for this one because I was stuffing it quicker than I should have. Parts seem difficult to find. I have not been able to find replacement parts.

Love it! It’s not as costly as the others that do the same thing, it’s easy to clean, was recommended to me by several other friends who have had different juicers that are more expensive and more elaborate who also would use this one again, hands-down!

I purchased a year ago. Initially, the product worked well, but the lid eventually began popping up. Although the bottom part of the cup was replaced, the replacement appeared to be defective as well. After two weeks of use, the lid began popping up again. I have attempted to contact customer service several times to purchase a replacement cup, but I have not yet received a response to my emails. Could you please look into this matter and let me know how I can proceed with obtaining a functional replacement?

My wife and I love this Juicer. The plast frame did Crack while we were using it, but we called Amazon they put us in touch with the company and they are shipping it right out. To me customer service is everything so yes I would very much recommend this product and company!!!

Really nice,but it didn’t last long enough for me,it got broken and I had to throw it out

I had high hopes for this juicer. But it was frustrating to put together. Juicing was even more frustrating. The flip chute made it almost impossible to feed anything through. It worked for apples ok. But I’m trying to make juice that is not too sweet. So feeding spinach and kale through wasn’t easy at all. Cleaning was equally difficult. I also felt the pulp was very wet. This means the juice wasn’t extracted enough. If I had to use this juicer for any extended juice fast, I wouldn’t continue juicing.

Works very well. Very easy to assemble and clean afterwards.
