Don't listen to anyone who says anything about anything this is the one of the greatest resistance band I have used to resistance band before but this one is the best it's from natural rubber its 100% natural it's a very great quality and it's the one of the best this is the one of the best band you can get out there I don't think there will be any better than this

Product is so far good. Fulfills expections. -1 star for runner smell. I bought handles , carabiners , ankle straps and safety goggles separately

Good quality, great for exercise...got these four items (3 resistance bands and one door anchor)...they are certainly good for those who want a home workout materials, you don't compromise anything unless you are pickey about getting a dumbell...they can replace a dumbell...plus they are easy to carry long lasting and can also be used in resistance and assistance way...like if you want to make pushups weighted then use them...if you can't get you pull-ups done then use them for assistance...there are plenty of ways to use them...scan the QR code given in the packet or watch YouTube tutorials or you can get creative yourself... Anyways...in short absolutely go for it...choose the weight according to your need...enjoy lifting and have a nice day ✨
