I have been on this product starting 3 years now. Within the first 6 months I noticed less hair loss in the shower and my hair brush. I have hyperthyroidism turned hypothyroidism for 22 years. I brush my hair every evening before bed, restarted my collagen routine, and began using rosemary and pumpkin seed oil to massage my scalp overnight before washing my hair the next day. That said, even before I added the oils and nightly brushing, this product was already working. I simply added those steps to support healthier, stronger hair. While I don't see the level of thickening I'd ideally want just yet, my hair is definitely growing longer, the shedding has stopped, and my part is noticeably less wide-which gave me real hope. Because of the results I'm seeing, I plan to continue using it. It's simple: just two pills a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, preferably with meals. The only downside is the price. When I first started, a three-month supply was around $70, and now it's over $80, which is a hard pill to swallow (no pun intended). Still, given how skeptical I am and how much money I've spent over the years on products that promised everything and delivered nothing this one m worked for me. I stayed consistent even when I wasn't seeing immediate results, and I'm glad I did. I wish I could give it the stars!! I have always had baby fine hair. It won't hole curl, even when lightly premed. It's like a child's hair only thin. When I started using this product I was very skeptical, but to my happy surprise this stuff WORKS!! In a couple of months my hair pony tail has more than doubled in size! My hair feels luxurious, and I love to run my fingers through it. It's much less than other brands, but who cares. This is the BEST product if you want stronger and thicker hair. Three salon stylist came over to look at it and feel it and couldn't believe how strong it is. It's good to have thicker, healthy hair. I now use their shampoo and rinse, too.

I did not think this worked. Until I stopped taking it. It was so subtle that I didn't realize that, yes, I definitely had a good increase in growth. When I ran out of it, my hair really started falling out and then I remembered how bad it was before I started taking it. It didn't make a miraculous change but there was a very nice increase. I have more on order and I'm anxious to get back on it. I should mention that I didn't take it as directed. I only took one a day, not two. My fault for not reading close enough.
