Nordic Ware Naturals Nonstick Big Sheet, 1-Pack

I bought this off the back the Netflix series Gear Heads where americas test kitchen show off kitchen stuff. They promised big things. On arrival, the first sheet I got was full of dents as a lot of folks have mentioned. That’s luck of the draw though, like when you buy boxes of la croix and you get a bag of bashed cans and a broken box. So I returned that one and was sent a far better one, and we were off to the races! And oh my goodness I love this thing. It’s one of those real kitchen upgrades, a simple item that makes some piece of cooking significantly easier and therefore faster. Nothing sticks to it, it’s a breeze to clean and it’s big enough to fit everything I need. Feels like one of those items that’ll feel new for a long time. Some reviews say it’s thin and that’s why it warps. But it’s plenty thick and sturdy, it just isn’t designed to travel around in the back of a van all afternoon.

Absolutely love this pan. Perfect size for my toaster oven, cooks evenly, food slides right out & it’s so easy to clean!

Non stick seems good and reinforced top lip keeps the pan from warping under heat.

I ordered 2..used one. Pan definitely does NOT warp. It is definitely a quality pan. Also looks and feels great..and cooks perfectly. The only drawback is that it was too narrow for cooking bacon. I have 2-45 year old pans that are wider and baked perfect bacon…just don’t look to good anymore. Nordic pans need to be a half inch wider and longer. Unfortunately, I had to return them. My old pans are Rema which I cannot find anymore.

This refers to Nordic Ware Natural Aluminum NonStick Commercial Baker's Quarter Sheet. I need to buy more of these. Non-stick works beautifully, and the surface is gold in color, rather than silver. Heavyweight, doesn't flex. Was an AWD, and it was pristine upon arrival. edit: 6 May 2014 This sheet still performs beaufitully, but---it is stained. The non-stick surface is covered with what looks like baked-on grease stains, brown in color. Given that we hand-wash this, don't use sprays, and don't use it in temps over 400 degrees, I was puzzled by this. I wrote to Nordic Ware, and the response I received told me that use of the non-abrasive 3M sponge (the blue one) would remove the stains. It doesn't. It doesn't even fade them a little. Since the stains are currently only an aesthetic issue and are not affecting the performance of the sheet, I haven't sought to warranty it. Yet.

I love this baking sheet because it is so easy to clean! I find it embarrassing when my baking sheets are stained and soiled. This one is a pretty gold-ish color which does not stain. Quality is great as well.

Nice pan. Used it for slices and pizza. Will buy larger size as well. Happy with product.

Arrived damaged. Disappointing given the price. Gets two stars because the sheet is great except for the dents/bending. Will attempt to fix it but it is likely to be returned. These were reported as low stock when I orders so I am not terribly hopeful.

use this 2 times a week for meal prep and it is so easy to clean. IT still looks like new after 6 months. I should probably be scared about what the coating is that keeps it so clean but I'm just happy it works. Would also recommend the wire rack that fits it. Great for veggie roasting.

Was looking for awhile for a smaller baking pan and found this. It’s perfect and wears and washes well.
