**Q: How big is the pan, how thick is the brownie?**
A: I make it in an 8x8 square pan.  They are maybe 3/4 of an inch.  If you use an extra egg they get a little thicker.  It was on one of the packages, then another package didn’t say it.  I think it’s a new idea.  I like the extra egg.

**Q: 1 tsp water...really?  Or are the instructions incorrect?**
A: It's legit 1 tsp of water. It doesn't take much. I've made it multiple times and add a chocolate topping which turns out devine.  Put in fridge for topping to firm up(Lily's chocolate chips with melted coconut oil). Yummy!

**Q: Is this Ketogenic friendly?**
A: Maybe keto "friendly", as in low net carbs, but def not Keto compliant.  Not even close.  Word games played so that you think you have permission.  Don't drink the kool aid.

**Q: How much oil does it take?**
A: The recipe calls for 1/2 cup coconut oil.

Let me get my ONLY criticism out the way first; it is a bit sweet. However, my wife and kids find it great so it is probably because my taste buds have adapted to less sweet on the keto diet. To rectify, add your favorite keto "flour substitute", and you'll have a perfect brownie snack. That being said, since I've discovered Lakanto products, they are MY KETO DIET SAVIOUR. Yes keto is easy to do, but sometimes, I want the "comfort food". And Lakanto, so far has provided admirably. I've tried three of their products, of which this is my favorite, and that grainy texture that some keto products have is thankfully absent. And in the "taste department" Lakanto is spot on. Give them a try.
