Excellent chair. Take a week to set lumbar, arm wrests, head & neck adjustments. I thought I had the chair adjusted twice. After experimenting a bit, a new level of comfort was achieved. Returned two other high tech chairs and kept this one. Office staff is jealous, they want one too. Light gray color. Added roller blade wheels from another vendor. BTW if your installing aftermarket roller blade wheels. Do not install the wheels that came with the chair.

The lumbar support is great and the size fits a tall big man. The only thing are the arm rests. They slides but don’t lock in place.

This is a beautiful chair, but I really wish that I never spent my money on it. I just graduated from college in May and started my first full time post graduate job, so I bought this chair for my at home set up. It was fairly easy to put together by myself, I liked the ability to adjust various components of the chair to make it suited for my body, and it seems like it’s decent quality material. I’ve been using it everyday since July (and it is now almost October) and it’s been comfortable for my arms and lower body, but that’s it. A big reason I bought this chair was because it’s ergonomic, but the back support is extremely lacking. The locking feature for the back angle “works” but it doesn’t lock the chair at a 90 degree angle like it’s supposed to. It works fine when you push the chair back past 90 degrees, and then use the lock mechanism. However, if you want the back to be really locked at 90 degrees, you’re out of luck. When it’s “locked” at 90 degrees, the chair still has a few degrees of leverage, allowing the back of the chair to move back if you want your back to be fully supported. This may not be a big deal for some, but as someone who works 40 hours a week at a desk, I want my entire back to be supported by the chair at 90 degrees without having to think about it. I feel like I have to be practically laying down or leaning back a lot to have my back fully supported. I’m obviously past the return window now, because I wanted to give myself some time to see if I could adjust to the chair. But a fair warning to those buying this chair for the ergonomics or for their work/office set up, I would not recommend it. It’s better off as a gaming chair than an office chair. Definitely not worth the almost $300 I paid, unfortunately.

Comfortable and well worth the money. Light, requires a little more assembly than some. No parent manufacturing defects. Good for my desk back and neck. When it spend a lot more money for the same quality level.. the video and description are correct

Nowhere near the quality for the price. The lower lumbar " support" section does not work at all. Cannot adjust the chair reclining angle, it's either straight up or all the way back. Nothing in between.

I love this chair. I'm sitting for more than 5hours a day and this chair actually helped my back problems. The build quality is very solid and the mechanism work as intended. This is as good as name brand chairs if not better.

I am 6'2. and this chair makes me feel HUGE. The back support is nice, but the seat itself is small and makes me feel like I am sliding down. The installation was not great either. The screw that holds the lever in place is too short and you have to change it out with one of the extras in the pack that is longer. When you recline, the chair loses the comfortability aspect that you buy an ergonomic chair for, as well as it makes you feel like you are sliding down. Overall, I'd say the chair should be placed at much lower price point for what you get. I am thoroughly unimpressed.
