These have stayed fresh the whole time, I still have lots left and they have a good ample amount of what you need. Most multivitamins aren't providing enough D3. This can be taken in addition to your daily multi, I work night shift so I see a good D3/K2 as essential. They are tasteless, odorless and easy to swallow. I take it right before bed and I'd like to believe it improves the quality of my sleep, but to be honest there are way too many factors to consider when it comes to sleep. I know I don't get enough sunlight or fish, and I've developed a sensitivity to eggs, so I feel good about having these handy.
