Was going great until the screen cracked two hours after initial setup. The tablet overall is great. It’s very user friendly. It was easy to setup and comes preloaded with language. Which is great if you are a parent setting up your own AAC device. The device has options to choose from making set up even easier. my son was able to use it right away. Update! I Contacted the company directly and they sent me a replacement fee of charge!! Customer service was easy to access and were very helpful and friendly ! Finally a company that truly cares about special needs families! I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an AAC device. My other son uses TD Snap and I definitely prefer talking tiles!

Best device I’ve purchased so far. Easy to use, it’s just as described . It comes with as screen protector and it is covered with some type of foam bumper so that if it’s dropped it’s protected. Very good value for the price and it’s touch screen, jumping for joy!!
