Hours of fun
We have a large collection of these Hubelino sets. And by implication we also have a large box of official Duplo bricks lingering around even though the children have grown a little beyond their Duplo age. Every month or so we help them build intricate Hubelino marble tracks, sometimes up to the ceiling. So these Hubelino sets are brilliant. Already with a single set you can build a small run as basic tracks pieces and a couple of balls are included. But the fun really lies in the modularity and the ability to combine with other sets and your existing Duplo. This particular 45 piece set contains a base plate, a number of straight tracks, slopes, and various curves - the short curves are particularly helpful as are the basic white bricks that are included. The 2 main distinctive pieces are the rockers that allow the balls to create alternatives routes in you track layouts. Our only gripe is that the two rockers operate with some friction. So you will have to tilt them one way or the other and the ball direction is therefore not arbitrary The quality of the Hubelino tracks and parts seems very high, possibly even better than the original product, so the set is very durable.

Solid pieces that linked with duplo. The rocker is very sensitive and so the set needs to be on a hard flat surface to work well.
