“Plug & Play” out of the box! Excellent piece of kit - worked exactly as described! Recommended. (Purchased after a cheaper version did not work.)

I've been using this Bluetooth Car adaptor now for just over a month to begin with everything worked fine now for no reason the adaptor keeps losing its connection for example voice commands are breaking up or no command at all . After just over a month at a cost of £50 you would expect the product to perform better than it is . My car hasn't changed my phone hasn't changed and neither has the adaptor so why after such a short time of using it. Ive contacted support with little or no help at all I've just sent them another email asking for more support or help ill probably have to complain to Amazon if i get no joy. So if your reading this review and thinking about purchasing one of these wireless adaptors be aware of the problems you may face if you encounter problems. I drive a 2024 Ford Puma and my phone is a Samsung s24 Ultra so i would not have thought I'm using outdated devices.

Helped connect my car to my phone without the need for a wire

This adapter allows me to transform my wired system into a wireless one and it works perfectly since I have it. The setup process is simple and it literally requires plugging it into the USB port where I used to connect my phone and within seconds, I am able to pair my phone and use it. One of the best things about this adapter is how easy it works, it does not have any lag and as soon as I start the car, it connects automatically so I don’t have to pair it manually. I can use all the carplay features such as maps, messages and music with no need of cables and it is so much more convenient especially considering that I drive for many hours daily. The adapter is small and it does not take a lot of space and it blends well with the car interior. I like the fact that it is compatible with different cars as I use it for my personal car, work car and my wife is also using it in her car and it works fine every time. This adapter has definitely made my driving easier and I don’t have to worry about taking all the cables with me while driving so I definitely recommend it.

Didn’t work in 2025 Volvo xc40

Bought for our Motorhome that has a Zentec radio with wired car play. It works although not been on a trip yet so time will tell if it disconnects as others have reported But…… how does it work ? The manual is poor, very poor, it connects to my iPhone 16 as Bluetooth. Then disconnects the Bluetooth, but it turns my WiFi on and connects to the device? But it works. Upgrading the firmware is a leap of faith. Two options but both in Chinese, Eventually said success. No idea what some of the menus do when you connect to up address that is specified.

Works very well in my FK8 Type R

Worked well for about 2 weeks and then entirely stopped connecting. Unable to troubleshoot and unable to get any meaningful customer service answers. Despite repeated contact to the company support email, I am simply directed to connect the dongle and update it - which is impossible as it doesn’t connect at all. A lot of money for something that doesn’t work.
