I've used saline sprays, medicated sprays, netti pots, power nasal washers and nothing really helped. This spray is totally different and works like crazy! It's the first product I've found that helps me get the gunk out. It's got sodium bicarbonate that bubbles the gunk off, xylitol to moisturize, and eucalyptus oil for whatever it does.
