Why is it currrently unavailable and when can i preorder it

Ya, I also never received any kind of notification that they took away the 20% off pre-order discount for video games, so I didn't know until I added this to my cart and it didn't show up. That was the perk that finally convinced me to get an Amazon Prime membership in the first place. Oh, but they do have a $10 off promotional credit on "select" games which don't include this one and take a month or two to receive and you can only spend at Amazon and expire. That's like JUST as good as the 20% off, right? LOL And now they're not even doing release day delivery? I guess Amazon doesn't want people buying games from them anymore.
