The inside of the lid also has a covering of good quality foam. My hard drives are fully protected from impact, liquid, dust and static and I am fully confident that they will be well protected inside.The case has two locking latches which have key locks on them keeping my hard drives secure also.Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality and security that this case gives my hard drives and would highly recommend purchasing one!When writing a review I try to consider what I would like to know before purchasing an item online and this is what I base my reviews on. Excellent product for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Better than ICY-Box's offering. *by P***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 October 2018* This has precut foam for your 3.5 inch hard drives. The bottom firmer foam only covers about a half of the drive, with some foam cushioning the top of it. Personally I like this better than it being fully encased as it means I have sufficient area around it to pick it up with ease.It looks nicer than ICY-BOX's equivalent offering but it too is also unstackable due to it's handle placement.There's an extra groove that's partially out of the shot in one of the images. This is not big enough for another drive, but I use it for holding the keys to the case.If you don't need to hold a lot of drives, and it's going to be kept in a good dry environment, then this should be more than adequate.
