Using it professionally for a second year. No issues, works as expected.

So far so good. Works perfectly and the case is nice aluminum, not plastic.

I upgraded 64 MB of RAM and 2 TB hard drive because I want to play around with some AI platforms. So far it excels at every task without so much as a hiccup. It's like putting a Porsche engine into a Volkswagen. It doesn't look like much, but when you give it the gas, hold on! Ergonomically, it has the feel of everything being in the right place. Love having the number keypad on the right side as well as across the top for easy access. I also like the anti-glare screen. It's not a touch screen, but I don't need that and it just adds to the cost of a laptop. It's everything I need and none of what I don't need. Get the office/business version for better performance and less bloatware. Pay the extra. You'll be glad you did.

Don't buy here. The warranty will be void. This Lenovo was modified through Amazon by a service not authorized by Lenovo and voided the warranty.

I bought this laptop hoping to be able to install Office 365 as a desktop apps, as advertised « lifetime Office 365 ». Unfortunately, I was served with the web version (Office.com), which is accessible by anyone who has an account. Why advertise a product that is already available? Unfair marketing !!!

This is factory fresh laptop that has been upgraded by the seller including a larger Western Digital SSD drive and more RAM. I've been using Lenovo laptops as my work PC and I purchased this one for home use including loading up and sorting through a ton of family pictures. The large SSD is great for this project. Inquiries to the vendor were handled quickly when I had some questions.
