I don’t know why it took me so long to shop for this product! A perfect in-drawer storage solution for my limited counter space. Works terrifically and looks great. Even my kitchen shears and paper scissors fit nicely. Everything stays in place when the drawer is opened and closed, even when operated roughly.

I just moved into a new house, and I needed some thing for a small drawer that would allow me to use my knives without being afraid to get cut. I have several Rada knives that I don’t use because they were in a box or in a sleeve, and I just didn’t ever use them. This item organizes all my knives, while protecting them, but allowing easy access to them. I no longer feel like I have to keep the knives in the sleeves. I also had room in the front of the drawer for the Rada sharpener. This was the absolute perfect solution, and I love it. The rubber pad protects the knives, but also keeps the holder from moving around, adding further security that I’m not going to open up the drawer and cut myself on a knife. I love it! I even have room to add a few more knives!

I was not enthused about having my knives setting out on the countertop, in their holder, as I noticed dust, etc. collected there. I do want my knives CLEAN!! I am delighted with this drawer -located knife holder mat. I have even discovered I can park my kitchen scissors in this holder. There is plenty of room for my eight knives and two pairs of scissors, with four of the knives being large ones...a perfect solution for keeping my knives and scissors clean and off the countertop.

I recently purchased this to organize my cabinets a little better. Before I was just laying all of my knives facing one direction in a drawer and hoping I wouldn't cut myself (limited counter space so a knife block was a no-go). After researching online, this seemed to be the best option and size for what I was working with. When it came in I immediately set it up in a drawer. And it works great! I love that it's soft so I don't have to worry about scratching it like I would a hard plastic. I do believe if you tried hard enough, you could probably cut a hole in the rubber material; but I think just placing the knives in that would be unlikely to happen. It has room for quite a few knives and the handles rest on the mat in front of it (and anything else that can fit in that you want). My only complaint is that the points tip up a bit. Not a big deal if you're not storing anything behind the knives, but just a warning in case someone does. I've considered placing a thin slat of wood under the handle section, but since I don't have anything behind the knives it doesn't seem necessary for me and is a small quibble. This is a great knife holder because it can be modified to fit smaller drawers with a good set of shears. I needed to do that because I have an Amish handmade island with short drawers in it (14" deep). I wanted to store my knives there and started to look for options. I couldn't find any other knife holders on amazon that were that short. This was the closest, but still needed to be trimmed to fit. Which was possible because it's made out of plastic. I wish they made them wider, as I have over 20 knives I wanna store. I ended up buying 2 of these and shortening both, then cutting one in 2/3 so I could fit it in with the other one and put more knives in the drawer. It worked out pretty well, as the plastic mat is flexible and could be folded a bit. It's also great that they sit low in the drawer to leave more head space for larger knives. So far, very pleased - TY madesmart!

Easy simple way to organize various knives in the drawer for easier access.. wish a few slots were spaced farther from each other for larger knife or two with large handles but overall like it.

I love this. Who needs a knife block taking up valuable real estate on the counter? Something else to clean and most of the knives you don't even use. America's Test Kitchen tested lots of them. Even the ones that cost hundreds of dollars, and they found the bread knives are shorter than they should be, in order to fit into the block, most of the knives are not necessary, and a lot of them were just not great. This knife mat does not clutter up your counter, keeps your knives clean, prevents them from clanking together which dulls them, and does not slide around in the drawer at all. It's very low-profile so it fits nicely even in a very shallow drawer. And YOU get to choose the knives you like and use the most. Ten dollars? This is a total win.

I was looking for something different than the big ugly block sitting on top of the counter so i started looking on line and found this one. There were some wooden ones for the drawer but still those seemed to heavy and took up way too much space, especially with the length of 17" long. This one was the size I was looking for and sounded good and simple like I wanted. Some reviews said certain knives tipped upward in the slot, but still did the job fine and they were happy with it, so I took a chance. Glad I did. It does the job perfectly. All the longer slim blades fit perfectly as well as all paring knives, utility knives, bread knives, etc. Just the bigger type blades, such as 8" chef knife, tips upward just a bit in the slot, but nothing to be a problem in the drawer at all. I am very pleased with this purchase, and especially for a fraction of the price of the wooden ones.

Helps organise my knives well with space to spare where the shorter knives are. Ideal for my knives collection.

Must have for your knife drawer. Can hold a good number but you’ll need to alternate large and small knives to use all the slots.
