We have been using this pail for a few weeks now. I was one of those people that thought that we’d never need a separate diaper pail, we’d be fine with a regular ole garbage can. We were fine until my little guy started eating solids LOL I didn’t want something that had a lot of little parts or that was automatic-something simple but effective. This is it. It traps the smell, it’s sturdy, it opens easily with the foot pedal and it’s easy to change the trash bags out each trash day! You did get a little whiff of poo diaper when you put a new one inside, but it fades quickly and for the price is definitely worth it! We also have a very small space, and this is a great fit—holds a good amount but isn’t bulky or in the way.

This diaper pail is a game-changer for parents looking for a convenient and odor-controlling diaper disposal system. Unlike traditional pails that require pushing down diapers manually, this one features a completely hands-free design—just step on the foot pedal, drop the diaper in, and you’re done! Pros: Odor Control: The triple-seal system does a great job of containing smells, even with frequent diaper changes. Hands-Free Operation: The foot pedal makes it easy to dispose of diapers one-handed—super helpful when holding a baby, which was a must for me while researching different pails. Refill System: Uses continuous refill liners, so you can cut and tie them at any length, reducing waste. BUT, when I ran out of liners, I used a regular trash bag and it worked until I could get more continuous liners. Works both ways which I love! Convertible: Once diaper days are over, it can be converted into a regular trash can, making it a long-term investment. Design & Colors: The sleek design and color options blend well with nursery décor. Cons: Refill Cost: While the continuous liner system is convenient, refill bags can be pricier compared to standard trash bags. Smell: When taking out a full dirty liner, the smell is rather unpleasant (to be expected), but some of the smell remains in the pail. I never smell it though unless I open the pail to deposit another diaper. **a fix for this issue—I spray essential oil odor eliminator spray into the can and liner! Final Thoughts The Dekor Eco Pail is a great choice for parents who want a hands-free, odor-controlling diaper pail that’s both stylish and functional. While the cost of refills can add up, the convenience and effectiveness make it worth the investment.

I like these most. Dekor has worked very well for me smell-wise. I get the small one because I think a bigger one, housing more dirty diapers would end up smelling more. But that will holds mad diapers. Get nearly 40 size 6 diapers in the smaller model. We've broken one of our door hinge/nubs so I've duct taped the side door and our lock has brown because our boy cranked on the dial, So my wife thinks it has absorbed a bad smell but I don't agree and we keep it clean and our room doesn't smell I swear. I'll use both of them now, I ordered the 2nd for a second kid and different sized diaper rates etc but I have 4 stars because the door nub broke on the first one and the second one came with this uncleanable brand name on top so that's annoying knowing I'll have it at least a couple years but it's smudged somehow off rip. Have fun with your kids be good parents

So far we really like this pail. It’s a great size and I only empty it about every 3 days for my new born in size 1 diapers. It doesn’t smell at all and is super easy to empty. I like the foot pedal that opens the top for ease. I’ll most likely buy another for the nursery.

This item has one flaw When you open it and put the diaper in the pail It opens from the top into the pail It should open from the bottom into the pail It is less likely, to get soiled diaper Onto your hand Otherwise this is an amazeingly well put together pail no odor coming from the pail Also, it is very easy to change bags Bright idea! Ther is absolutely no odor from the outside of the pail
