Anoher thing, these pills do give you energy but it's more of a rise of energy then lowering of energy not a pop 2 and start dashing everywhere but that could be just my body. I have properly ate right before with the whole 3 meals a day and snacks in between but I didn't do all of that. You know your own body so if you typically eat 6 meals and 4 of them are main dishes the pills will definetly stop that and make you feel fuller and that's when you should experiment with yourself. This is coming from a hardcore gamer like 14 hours straight of video games leading up till 3 or 4 or the morning and still eating and going to sleep on it. Don't go all out on a full blown diet plan just stick to what you normally eat while slowly switching over to healthier items and everything else will fall into place. Fyi the latest I usually eat now is about 12AM since it takes about 2 hours for food to digest.
