A Must for Every Household
I've used these for years to remove any funny taste from my well water and change 'em about every six months. Well made, much cheaper than my unit's manufacturer's. An exact fit. Buying in bulk saves you money. Very satisfied.

Best alternative replacement water filter for the money
The reason I give it a 4 stars because the filter shell feels a little thin compare to the original Whirlpool filter. However, I already used 3 of those and they held up pretty well. Fitment is the same as the original, no funky smell or anything suspicious. Great filters for the price and I definitely recommended it.

Destroys water pressure and flow in your house.
Does not support a reasonable flow. Water pressure is terrible. 3M is 1000x better. Need to figure out how I get a refund.

Perfect replacement size
Excellent replacement part! Size, seal, filtration, including hardness is perfect. I could no longer find these at the store, so I was glad I didn't have to replace the whole filter.

Clean water
I have used these filters for some time now. If you want better tasting water, this is the one. But it may reduces your water pressure. You should have better tasting water for it
