Best dog camera
We absolutely love our Furbo dog camera! The video quality is super clear, setup was quick, and it gives us so much peace of mind when we’re away from home. Being able to check in, talk to our dog, and toss treats from the app is such a fun feature. The barking alerts are also really helpful, especially when we’re out for longer periods of time. Our dog learned the treat sound almost immediately and now gets so excited when we open the app. Definitely worth it for any dog parent who hates being away from their pup!

The Ultimate Peace of Mind for Anxious Cat Parents (And a Ton of Fun!)
Overall Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) As a devoted cat parent, I'm plagued by the classic questions every time I leave the house: Is he okay? Is he bored? Is he lonely? Did he just knock over that expensive vase? I've tried other pet cameras before, but they were always static, and my cat, like most, is not a statue. He roams. I would end up staring at an empty patch of carpet, which did nothing for my anxiety. Enter the Furbo 360° Cat Camera. I was intrigued by the 360-degree view and the smart features. After several weeks of use, I can say without hesitation that this is the single best "pet-tech" purchase I have ever made. It's a peace-of-mind machine. Section 1: Unboxing, Design, and Setup The setup process was impressively simple. I downloaded the Furbo app, plugged in the camera, and followed the on-screen instructions to connect it to my home Wi-Fi. The entire process took less than five minutes. The unit itself is sleek, modern, and sturdy. It doesn't look like a clunky piece of security tech; it blends right into my living room decor. The base is wide and heavy enough that my cat has (so far) shown no ability or interest in knocking it over. The treat-loading mechanism is simple, and I love the natural bamboo lid, which feels secure and "pet safe"—no easy-to-chew plastic bits. Section 2: The Hardware (What You Get Out of the Box) The core features of the camera itself are fantastic, even without the subscription. The 360° View: This is the absolute game-changer. Through the app, I can swipe to pan the camera a full 360 degrees. But the real magic is the auto-tracking. When the camera sees my cat move, it automatically follows him. I no longer lose him as he walks from the couch to his food bowl. I can see everything. Video & Audio Quality: The 1080p HD video is crystal clear during the day. The auto-night vision is equally sharp, allowing me to see his late-night "zoomies" in perfect black-and-white detail. The two-way audio is crisp with minimal lag. I can call his name, and he instantly looks up and often meows or chirps back. The Treat Tosser: This is my cat's favorite feature, by far. The app has a simple button to toss a treat. The Furbo makes a little "calling" sound (which my cat learned in less than a day), and then it quietly flings a treat across the room. It’s a wonderful way to interact and reward him for just being cute, even when I'm at the office. Section 3: The "Furbo Nanny" Paid Plan (The Smart Features) This is the most important part of the review. To unlock the smartest features—the proactive alerts, cloud recording, and advanced security—you need the paid "Furbo Nanny" subscription. I was hesitant at first, but after the free trial, I was completely sold. The hardware is the "eyes," but the subscription is the "brain." Here’s what made it an easy decision for me: Proactive, Specific Alerts: This isn't just a generic "motion detected" alert that my old security cam gave me for every dust bunny. Furbo Nanny gives me alerts I actually care about: Cat Activity Alert: I get a push notification specifically when my cat is running, playing, or jumping on furniture. I can quickly check in, see he's just being a cat, and go back to my work. Meowing Alert: This is my most-used feature. The Furbo detects the sound of meowing and alerts me. I can then open the app, see if he's just saying hello or seems distressed, and use the two-way audio to talk to him and calm him down. It has been a miracle for my "is he okay?" anxiety. Person Alert (Home Security): This is the "Home Security" feature. The camera can tell the difference between a pet and a person. I get a specific "Person Detected" alert, which is invaluable. I know exactly when the cat sitter arrives or, more importantly, if someone who isn't supposed to be there enters my apartment. Cloud Recording & "Kitty Diary": The Nanny service records these "events" (meowing, activity, people) and saves them to the cloud. My favorite part is the "Doggie/Kitty Diary." At the end of the day, the app creates a 60-second highlight reel of my cat's activities, set to cheerful music. It's beyond charming and saves me from having to scrub through hours of footage to find the cute moments. Section 4: The Verdict: True Peace of Mind The Furbo 360° Cat Camera is a premium product, and the subscription is an added cost. However, the value it provides is immense. I am no longer a high-anxiety cat parent. When I'm in a long meeting and my phone buzzes, I see a "Cat Activity" alert, open the app, watch my cat bat his favorite toy, toss him a treat, and close the app with a smile. It's a security camera and a pet interaction tool all in one. It has strengthened my bond with my cat and given me the freedom to be away from home without the guilt. If you, too, are an anxious pet parent, you cannot put a price on the peace of mind this device delivers. It's worth every penny.

Purrrfect kitty cam, great app and customer service!
We love this camera to check in on our cat while away. Video quality isn’t as high def as the Furbo mini but still great with excellent motion detection and night vision. The app is so easy to use and the treat dispenser and voice calls are a fun way to touch base. Plus, from a home decor perspective, I really enjoy the sleek design. With the Furbo nanny subscription, we get compiled highlights from the day. Furbo’s customer service team has been responsive and wonderful with any troubleshooting too. Highly recommend!

Great Product
I bought these to keep an eye on my dog when I'm at work. It literally took me less than 5 minutes to set up. I love that it allows you to throw treats while you're away. I opted for the subscription to the app (which is needed if you like to set up more than one camera), and it's incredibly easy to use. I can talk to my dog, move the camera, and throw her treats even when I'm away. The camera does have motion detection and moves along with my dog with I appreciate because sometimes my hands are full and I can't manually move the camera myself. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the quality of the app. While it's a good app, I can only describe the picture quality as "good enough". While the color of the picture is relatively accurate, there is a lag in the video. There are times when I have to wait a moment for it to catch up to live footage, and even then, the live footage does lag slightly. When it comes down to it, I love it and even though it's "perfect", the price and fuctionality aligns with what I was looking for.

A Small Upgrade That Made a Big Difference
I’ve used Furbo for a while and recently upgraded to the Furbo Mini 360, and I’m really happy I did. The quality on the camera is so far above what my vintage Furbo was. I showed my coworker and she ordered two for her home as well. It’s always given me peace of mind being able to check in on my dog while I’m at work and make sure she’s doing okay. The 360 view is a nice way to track my dog and I can see more of the room instead of just one spot. I like that this mini has the treat feature, my previous one did not. My dog has some separation anxiety, so being able to check in and toss her a treat when she’s calm has been really comforting. It helps me feel a little more connected to her during the day. The app is simple to use, and I like that it records short clips when there’s activity—I’ve caught some really cute moments or moments when she's not behaving that way. I think it is worth the Subscription and there seems to be great deals that Furbo puts out from time to time so I'd say take advantage of those. It’s also super small and doesn’t stand out. It just sits on the corner of our TV stand and blends right in. Overall, it’s been a great, low-stress way to keep an eye on her while I’m gone.

Wonderful
I’ve been using this for over a year now and it is amazing it automatically records when there is people in my house while I’m gone and also if my cat has any problems I can talk through it. The speaker is clear and it’s very easy to throw treats. The automatic night vision camera is great and it picks up sounds and voices really good

Amazingggg
This camera was an easy buy. It records day and night, gives updates throughout the day as well as live feed without worry, follows your pet as they move, allows you to talk to your pet and send them treats, and is sooo easy to set up and use on your phone. Would recommend 10/10!

Furbo 360: an innovative Wi-Fi-rejecting masterpiece- creating a masterclass in high-tech excuses
We invested in the Furbo system, buying both a Mini and a 360, plus a pricey subscription, to keep an eye on our pets. Little did we know we were also investing in an immersive, two-hour customer service role-playing game with a brilliant, frustrating twist. The Furbo Mini worked perfectly, connected to the wifi and was accessed outside the home as intended. The more expensive 360- had inexplicable Wi-Fi disconnections, a thrilling game of "will it or won't it hold a connection" that can only be solved by the ritualistic unplugging and re-installing and painful 2+ hour text sessions with Customer support. It is difficult to communicate with their customer service. Support is only available via an in-app chat. Navigating away from the chat disconnects the user and requires starting the whole process over with a new representative. Trouble-shooting requires you to use the app and also disconnects you from the chat. (Very Frustrating- having to restart the process again and again.) After texting five different reps, to trouble shoot an issue, over 2 hours- a replacement was sent, but the problem continued. For the record: Once you lose the chat connection, your communication is over. You get an email with textbook information that does not help your situation. Verbal communication is never an option. The second 360 device did the same thing. The problem was then "escalated". The escalation team sent an email (2 days later) and blamed the distance of the Furbo 360 to the router- "to help improve stability, we recommend moving your Furbo closer to your router." ignoring the proof of the Mini's functionality. So I tested their "brilliant" conclusion: the working Furbo Mini was moved to sit side-by-side with the non-functioning Furbo 360. The Mini worked, while the 360 continued to fail- proving it was not the distance because now they were next to each other. The issue is with the Furbo 360's hardware, not the home network. I also sent photo's (evidence) to the "escalation team" via email -but no response was received. I waited a few days, no one followed up on my email response- so I had to again contact customer service via the app. CS was still blaming my wifi- ridiculous. In fact, they said "it can't be their hardware because they sent a new one". Actually, it could be THEIR wifi adapter or driver(s) in their own device. When a device loses connectivity in this manner, it is typically the wifi adaptor in THEIR device that is the culprit. The Wifi argument is invalid when one device works perfectly and the other doesn't hold the connection. Maybe they should take a look at updating their drivers and adapters. I really want this to work. A third camera is coming. If this one fails, a full refund will be requested.. The treat-tossing, voice-projecting pet cam was the goal, but the reality is an expensive frustration. The product's idea is good, but the execution and customer support are very disappointing. I gave it a 2 because the mini works well- and the app gives you notifications of barking/eating etc. These notifications are cool and a great feature- and worked well for the mini. However, the mini is a fixed view- so it limits the experience- sometimes things are out of view and you cannot access those images like you can with a rotating 360.

disappointing
While Furbo is very good at spotting humans, it’s rather rubbish at spotting cats. I have a small apartment, the whole thing apart from the bedroom and bathroom can be seen on the screen. Yet the camera only reports my cat “walking” or “sleeping on the sofa” when they are directly in front of it. My cats are rather vocal, they frequently demanded attention, they got mine but Furbo did not pick up on any of it. Same as for destroying the sofa, when they sleep on it I get a report, but when my little interior designer decides to remodel Furbo turns a blind eye. The camera is supposed to follow your pet when it walks by, but this only works 50% of the time. As for the software, I have yet to find the language settings (this might be a me-issue) but for some reason I get a rather crappy mix of French and English. The only truely positive thing I can say is that the nightvision works great.
