For a lefty, this a good practicing tool. I have made changes with this trainer to my swing that has improved results. The biggest two things I continue to work with is swing speed and grip pressure. Being anle to use it in the house, outside or on the range is a good benefit.

Cool product. Helps with my swing and to loosen me up before a round of golf. Grip is not to big or to small. It is very easy to use.

It was awesome while it lasted. Great indoor tool to help with swing feel and it would've gotten 5 stars if it lasted more than a week. Unfortunately, it broke after one week of use. Really disappointed in how short it lasted. Not worth it unless this was a freak accident.

Has improved my golf game a lot! Better contact and no more casting. Went from a 6 handicap to a 3 in a short time using this trainer.

Let's be clear, there is not clicking going on with some pressure sensitive or force activated mechanism...its just a extension spring and the sound comes from the inner rod extending and hitting the the end of the outer rod at full extension. Its two pieces of metal with some plastic cushioning the impact and making the sound, so its not as fancy as it sounds. That said, its light but with just enough weight to get you to swing around and enjoy yourself in limited space, which is great in itself. I only need as much space as my wingspan to fully swing. I need the grip adjustment so hopefully this guides me over time into getting comfortable with my grip. It'll be useful and I'll reach for it from time to time for sure, but slightly disappointed in the whole click thing

this training aid is incredibly helpful, very functional and easy to use. it also helps set up the perfect grip.

I am an intermediate golfer. My swing is ok, not great, so I was curious to see if this would help. The product was well made. It has a comfortable grip and feels like it can take vigorous swings without any issues. Make sure to order the one for the right hand you golf with since the contours on the grip are for either right or left handed hand positions. You can see in the video how it snaps near the point of impact when you swing it. It was pretty easy to do. I’m not really convinced that you have to swing it well for it to make the snapping sound since I can just flip my wrist quickly and can still make the sound. This makes me think that you can really rely on the sound to say if your swing is right or not. If you just want something to swing inside and feel like you are hitting a ball, then it’s fine, but I don’t see it as an actual instructional tool. I think if you are just starting and not getting a decent swing speed it probably wouldn’t snap into place.

It did optimize the speed of impact and allowed for a consistent swing.

My partner is left handed and new to golf. After just a few impromptu go at it, she already increased her swing speed and release. As a bonus, she corrected her grip. Best and most affordable learning tool we got so far.

Did not come with arm band - specifically bought it because it was supposed to come with arm band. Item is interesting and is helpful though.
