Reliable Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver That Just Works
The UGREEN Bluetooth 6.0 Transmitter Receiver to use alongside my Fosi Audio BOX X1 phono preamp, and itโs been a solid choice so far.My goal was simple: get audio from my turntable (via the Fosi phono preamp) to my active speakers without running long cables. Setup was straightforward. I connected the line-out from the BOX X1 to the UGREEN unit using the 3.5mm input, switched it to transmit (TX) mode, and paired it with my speakers. No app needed, just buttons and LEDs, which I actually prefer.Sound quality is better than expected for a small Bluetooth unit. The audio is clear and stable, with no obvious noise or dropouts. Yes, Bluetooth is technically lossy, but in real-world listening the loss is mostly academic. Sitting back and listening to records, it sounds perfectly fine and enjoyable. I wouldnโt feel like Iโm missing out unless I was directly comparing it to a wired connection. There is a slight delay, as youโd expect with Bluetooth, but in this kind of audio-only setup it really doesnโt matter at all. Once everything is paired, it reconnects automatically and just works.Battery life is also good, I easily get long listening sessions without worrying about charging, and the unit feels well made for the price.Overall, this is a flexible and reliable Bluetooth transmitter/receiver that pairs very well with a budget phono preamp like the Fosi BOX X1. If youโre looking for an easy way to add wireless audio to a turntable or hi-fi setup, this is a good buy.Prosโข Easy setup, no app requiredโข Stable Bluetooth connectionโข Sound quality is more than acceptableโข Good battery lifeโข Useful TX and RX modesConsโข Bluetooth is still Bluetooth (technically lossy)โข Small amount of latency (not an issue for music)Iโd happily recommend it for similar setups.

Brilliant Bluetooth adapter for connecting old tech to modern headphones
Iโm really impressed with the UGREEN Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter Receiver. I use it with my Nintendo 3DS XL, and it works brilliantly for connecting my older technology to modern Bluetooth headphones.Itโs a great solution because it allows me to enjoy wireless audio on a device that doesnโt have built-in Bluetooth support. The connection is reliable, setup is simple, and the sound quality is excellent.I love that it helps bridge the gap between older devices and newer accessories. Itโs a small but very useful gadget that has made using my 3DS XL with Bluetooth headphones much more enjoyable.A fantastic product for anyone wanting to bring older tech into the modern wireless world. Highly recommended!

Just what you need on a flight
This is a game changer on flights where you donโt want to use the crappy supplied airline headphones. Be aware of compatibility on the aircraft youโre on having a single 3.5mm headphone socket, but so far I havenโt had a problem with any of the major airlines Iโve travelled with so far. Even on Singapore air which had a double socket, I just used one and it worked so very durable. Very easy to set up and connect, very small, light and portable. Ive got 7-8 hours before needing a charge so battery life is reasonable. Should be compatible with the majority of Bluetooth devices.Downsides are a slight but noticeable delay in speech at times, and the operation light is very bright, not ideal on a night flight!

Good option for the ableton move
I bought this specifically to use with my Ableton Move so I could travel without wires or bringing two pairs of headphones, but I was almost scared off because the product description explicitly says it doesn't work with AirPods Pro 2.I decided to risk it for ยฃ15, and Iโm glad I did.The Compatibility Myth:Despite the warning in the listing, it pairs fine with the airpods pro 2. The trick is you just need to ensure both the dongle and your AirPods are in pairing mode at the same time. It connected on the first try. You don't get Spatial Audio (which makes sense), but the Noise Cancellation still works, which is all I really needed for travel. For music production and live performance, latency is the enemy. The reality is Itโs not "zero," but it is absolutely "good enough." I was able to tap out beats and could adjust for the slight delay without it ruining the flow as It has been consistently stable. There is no Airplane Adapter included and Itโs sold as a travel solution but doesn't include the two-prong airline seat adapter. I didn't buy it for that, but itโs a cheap omission.Itโs great that you can use it while it charges (so it never dies), it's super small and very "pocketable" however it doesn't have inbuilt volume control. Battery life was in line with the claim. If you need a cheap way to get your AirPods Pro 2 working with hardware that doesn't support them, ignore the "incompatible" warning. It works, itโs cheap, and the lag is low enough to actually get work done.Plus this is bluetooth 6 so in theory will be future proof even if the airpods don't support it yet.

Does Not Auto Connect - Needs Manual Reset
I got this from UGREEN as I have used this company over many years and the products are usually excellent, so got this to Transmit Bluetooth sound from my TV to 2 x Bluetooth Earbuds at same time.It worked great UNTIL you switch OFF the TV. When you switch ON the TV again it does NOT Auto Connect, so you need to press a button (sometimes a number of times) on the unit to manually reset it again, not great going behind a TV every time you switch on.It may be OK if connecting to Mobile Phone/Tablet/Plane as you will probably press the button when in your hand.FOR INFO: I tried the 3.5mm jack connected to a Sony TV headphone output and also the audio output on the Virgin 360 TV Box, I also powered it from USB on TV and also continious power with a USB power supply, both didnt work (No Automatic Connection)I contacted UGREEN Support, who quickly replied twice, but confirmed what I was doing was correct and the problem is the design of the unit (basically thats how it works), so I have returned and will try an alternative manufacturer that I see on Amazon who say it does auto connect after TV Off/Standby or Power Off and also connects to 2 x sets of earbuds / headphones. Sadly cannot recommend this bluetooth TX/RX for TV or TV Box connections.

Great device. Only a couple of limitations but not worth dropping any stars for!
I must admit, I had my reservations about this device as I always do my research before purchasing hardware and the reviews on Amazon were mixed. However, uGreen has been gaining traction in the tech market over recent years so thought I'd give it a try. For reference, I've had numerous uGreen devices in the past and they are all pretty well made and tend to perform well - this device included. It has a plastic casing with, what feels like, a (1 inch) braided cable to the 3.5mm jack. With the jack cable laid straight, it's around 115mm x 29mm x 11mm. The cable is bendable though, due to how short it is, there's not much play, so I suspect trying to bend it 180 degrees back on itself might eventually cause a break in the cable. It's got a USB-C charging port on the end of the device which, according to the manual, allows you to fully charge the device from zero in 2 hrs. There is a slider switch on the side to change between receive and transmit modes, and a main button on the top which you can use to turn the device on and off (by holding it for three seconds) and also for pairing it to your bluetooth device of choice.Once paired, the light around the main button will intermittently illuminate blue to inform you that it's connected. It's not that distracting though might be a problem for some people who are, for example, listening to music in the dark! It's on for about three seconds then off for about nine. The reason I needed a device like this was for a DAB radio (which was bought for me by my other half, though she didn't realise it only had BT receive capabilities), so that I could listen to it using some BT v5.0 EarFun Air Pro buds.To be fair, this device does a pretty good job considering the price. The sound quality is fairly good, it's easy to setup and use and seems to hold charge fairly well. I haven't used it extensively but I assume the "about 28hr" transmit usage that it states is going to be under peak conditions - i.e. after it's been fully charged straight out of the box and only on a low output volume. As I haven't had this device long, I unfortunately can't confirm this either way though I think it will do what I need it to do. I also can't test all connectivity permutations though it apparently uses SBC codecs for transmit and SBC and AAC for receiving.I've not had any drops as yet, though I have mainly only used it to listen to the football coverage and for around an hour before bed so not really had chance to test how the connectivity is affected when the battery charge depletes. So far so good though! One final point is that I have tried it with my XBox Series X controller while playing Battlefield. I'll put it out there now, it's not perfect. There is a slight latency which I think some hardcore gamers would find challenging. However, I've played it for over an hour and I think it's acceptable. It's all personal preference though - if you're critical about issues like that, it isn't for you, but I personally think it's an acceptable tolerance. All in all, a nice little device. It was around ยฃ18 when I bought it so, for me, this is a relatively inexpensive option that gives you BT transmitting and receiving capabilities for your 3.5mm jack devices. : )

Good Quality but has a delay in transmission mode
This product had very easy to read and execute the various operations but has some delay in transmission mode. I bought this for teams calls and experienced the delay. I could also hear myself after a delay. I wouldn't recommend this product for calls or watching movies on TV. If you need a wireless solution for listening to music go for it.

Amazing
Amazing piece of hardware, a dream for lovers of old tech. Pairs perfectly with my little Sony speaker and Walkman, easy to use and portable. Sound is clear and no delay has been detected.

Compatible with AirPods Pro 3
Works with my AirPods Pro 3, even though supposedly a lot of other transmitters might not be compatible

Easy to Use
Very easy to use and works exactly as expected. The setup was simple, pairing was quick, and the connection has been smooth so far. I like that it is compact and practical, especially for using Bluetooth audio with devices that need a 3.5mm connection. Overall, a very convenient product and Iโm happy with the purchase.

get it if you fly.
ok i used it for one flight and it connected to my phone and headphones perfectly. Quick to connect. Sound was perfect. Battery life wasn't an issue at all. Lasted the whole flight no problem. Setup and use was easy and i had no problems. Tiny so fits into a pocket or with your headphones for quick access.
